BECOME A DONOR …
We depend upon the general public and business organizations to not only attend our concerts, but provide financial assistance as well. Donations from the general public and business help the RCS to grow and offer our community “Great Music…Close to Home!” If you have any questions at all regarding becoming a donor, call our business office at 540-412-6152 or email us at thechoralsociety@gmail.com.
The RCS is a 501(c)(3) corporation with permission from the Commonwealth of Virginia to solicit donations. All donations are tax deductible. Financial support is used to purchase music, pay for rehearsal and concert venues, equipment, sound and lighting technicians, professional leadership and other production expenses. A financial statement for the RCS, as required by law, is available from the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs, P.O. Box 1163, Richmond, VA 23218. An acknowledgement of your donation will be provided at all levels.
Names of donors and in-kind providers are listed in our concert programs. Our standard categories and contribution amounts for individuals and businesses are:

In addition to our public announcements of concerts, we depend on word of mouth from our numerous fans. We need you to help spread the word about our wonderful concerts as well as encouraging your friends and neighbors to attend.
