Conductor: The Rappahannock Choral Society (RCS) is seeking a Conductor starting with the Spring 2026 season (with an option for yearly renewals). The Spring season begins in late January and culminates in two concerts in May. Rehearsals are held Monday evenings from 7:00pm – 9:00pm at the Zoan Baptist Church on Plank Road, diagonally across from the Home Depot at Harrison Crossing.

The RCS 2025 Holiday Concert rehearsals will start on Monday, August 18 at 7pm. Rehearsals are held at Zoan Baptist Church.
The RCS is looking for singers to join us for the fall season.
Great Music - Close To Home
The Rappahannock Choral Society, Inc., (RCS) is an audition-only regional chorus whose mission is to provide quality, enjoyable musical entertainment and education through concerts and selected singing opportunities.
Community
The RCS brings great music to the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County Community. We have sung at Jubilation, PorchFest, Gari Melcher's Arts After Hours and the Fred Nats.
Scholarships
Each year, the RCS awards the Anne E. Parker Scholarship in the amount of $1000 to a graduating senior pursuing a post high school music education. This year's winner was Julia Hoovler.
Holiday Concert
The RCS will be performing their Holiday Concert at Chancellor High School on Saturday, December 6, 2025 and Sunday, December 7, 2025. More information will be forthcoming.
